BTS returned to MetLife Stadium on Saturday, August 1, opening a two-night stop on the group’s ARIRANG World Tour. The seven members delivered a large-scale production that combined songs from their latest album with established hits from across their career.

During the East Rutherford concert, Korean culture remained central to the staging, music, and visual design. A 360-degree rotating stage inspired by traditional Korean architecture gave fans throughout the stadium a clear view while supporting the show’s mix of choreography, live vocals, and individual moments.

The set included newer tracks such as Hooligan, Aliens, SWIM, and Body to Body, alongside fan favorites including Butter, Dynamite, IDOL, FAKE LOVE, MIC Drop, and Fire. RM also recognized rapper Nas, who attended the concert, and spoke about the influence Nas had on him during his teenage years.

Playful interactions between the members added a relaxed tone between performances. The audience responded with coordinated light displays, chants, and sustained cheers, turning the stadium into a purple-lit backdrop for BTS’ return as a complete group.
